My style at Buckingham Palace Garden Party

At Buckingham PalaceS

During Christmas last year I thought I would just relax and spare a little time for myself and do some sewing. What I had in mind was to create a dress for my Young Ambassador role at one of the Prince’s Trust events. It blew me away, when earlier this year, I received an invitation to Buckingham Palace for the Prince’s Trust 40th Anniversary Garden Party.

Well prepared, as I normally am, I knew exactly the dress to wear for the occasion. The dress is made from printed multicoloured spotted cotton fabric. I made it into a ¾ length dress with short flared sleeves. I added a pink border at the waist and diamonded lace between the borders to add a bit of bling to the dress.

I teamed the dress up with a Pink Jacket and Ruby Shoo shoes. This style and the overall look I had created suited my personality very well.
